Success story

Mrs. D. from Newcastle came to us seeking a loan She had recently lost her job and wanted to consolidate her unsecured loans and replace her secured loan because it was in arrears and the lender was taking possession proceedings.


In the present climate, there was no way Mrs. D. was ever going to refinance her secured loan.

Options one; Sell the house and clear the debts!

Option two; refinance mortgage and secured loan;

In the present lending climate, Mrs. D cannot borrow to replace existing debts as the Loan To Value is too high.Conclusion;
We renegotiated payments with Mrs. D's unsecured lenders which reduced her monthly payments and released money to pay for her priority mortgage debts.
The second charge lender was happy to renegotiate their terms knowing that Mrs. D. had achieved satisfactory negotiations with other lenders.

This new arrangement will be reviewed monthly to
